1. Introduction
Welcome to Reelo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our content production and social media management services. By signing up for a Plan (Essential or Growth) or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Reelo provides short-form video production and social media services, including but not limited to:
- Content Strategy: Ideation, scripting, and planning.
- Production: On-site filming (1–2 days per month depending on the agreement).
- Post-Production: Editing, captions, and graphics.
- Social Media Management: (If the add-on is purchased) Scheduling, copywriting, and posting to Instagram and TikTok.
3. Subscription & Payments
- Billing Cycle: Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is due at the start of the billing cycle.
- No Lock-In: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be requested via the dashboard or email before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees, but we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused content quotas.
- Late Payment: Failure to pay may result in a pause of services, including the withholding of edited content and suspension of shoot days.
4. Shoot Days & Scheduling
- Availability: Shoot days must be booked in advance. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure availability for the agreed dates.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: We understand business can be unpredictable. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled shoot may result in the forfeiture of that shoot day or a rescheduling fee to cover crew time.
- Location: Unless otherwise agreed, shoots take place within Singapore. Travel expenses for locations outside standard zones may incur additional costs.
5. Content Review & Revisions
- Approval Process: Drafts will be uploaded to your content dashboard.
- Revisions: We offer up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions per video (e.g., text changes, music swaps, trimming). Structural changes requiring a re-shoot are not considered standard revisions and may incur additional fees.
- Auto-Approval: If no feedback is provided within [X] days of upload, content may be deemed approved to ensure posting consistency (if the posting add-on is active).
6. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
- Client Ownership: Upon full payment, you own the final exported videos. You are free to post them on any platform.
- Reelo Usage: You grant Reelo a non-exclusive license to display the work created for you in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials to showcase our capabilities.
- Raw Footage: Unless explicitly stated in a custom agreement, Reelo retains ownership of the raw, unedited footage and project files. We deliver the final, polished product only.
7. Client Obligations
- You agree to provide timely feedback and necessary assets (logos, brand guidelines).
- If you purchase the Posting & Copywriting Add-on, you agree to provide Reelo with access to your social media accounts. You represent that you are authorized to grant this access.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Performance: While we strive to create high-performing content, Reelo does not guarantee specific results (e.g., "viral" views, specific follower growth, or sales numbers) as these depend on platform algorithms outside our control.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Reelo against any claims arising from the content we produce based on your instructions (e.g., if you instruct us to use copyrighted music without a license or make false advertising claims).
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
